which amps?

ok guys im almost done with my system, i have the in dash dvd, speakers and 4 tweets. i have the 12" L7 subs and the polk component set.

should i go with the planet audio 4x400 and 1350x1

or the memphis 4x400 and 1000x1

i cant decide which amps to go with so maybe you guys can help.

these are my too choices so please dont include other brands and please state why you choose what you choose.

Wow, so far only two people have voted including myself but I'm alllll for Memphis..

Great quality, I've never had any issues with them or heard anything bad about their reputation.
