Serious Headlight Problem - HELP!

so i just rewired my gauge cluster harness to swap a 03-05 cluster to a 05 VP, and everything went fine, but as i went on testing everything i noticed that when i turn on my headlights, only the right lowbeam turns on and the left highbeam comes on. i checked the bulbs to see if the left lowbeam burned out, but its working fine. also when i turn the highbeams on the left highbeam turns off and only the right highbeam goes on. the hecks going on?
