Ok, So I am thinking about the neon aspect of my Civic. Here is what I want.
Blue Underbody
Maybe blue neon under the steering column
Blue under the glove box
I also have two tens in a box with a fiberglass window, I want to wire a solid blue neon on to, and a strobe on the bottom.
Wiring the underbody and two lights to a switch, easy.
My question refers to this;
How do strobes work exactly?
Should I wire the ones in the speaker box to the underbody and the other two, or wire them to come on with the amp?
If the latter of the two, how do I wire it to the remote?
Finally, should I wire the Underbody, the interior, and the subs to three seperate switches?
Would appreciate any input.

Tom Tucker: No, Diane. Their insurance company. That's just stupid what you said.

the way i have my car setup is, the lights under the dash are both hooked up to one switch, the neons in my trunk are wired into the light that comes on as soon as you open the trunk with a switch (hidden in the trunk) just incase i don't want them on, then the underbody lights are hooked up to another switch, this way it lets u control what u want on when u want it on
^^ you post some pics of ur under body neons and all your switch placements. I know a lot of members here hate the ones under your car, for good reason.. but I really still think they are neat to see on other ppls cars, as long as they dont have a rediculous body kit that it draws attention to.
