Lights Dimming Problem, Replace Battery?

Hey guys, I have:

2005 Civic SI (canadian model, non-hatchback)
2 Kaption SPL-1200 subs
Phoenix Gold Tantrum 1200.1 amplifier
Phoenix Gold 1 Farad Capacitor

I have a huge problem with my lights dimming. Rather than replacing my alternator, do you think replacing my battery would help? Perhaps that Optima yellow top that everyone talks about? Thanks!

rice4lyfe will become famous soon enough
if you are running that many items, i would suggest changing both battery and alternator. There is no point of changing just the battery where the alternator cannot keep up with the usage of the battery. If you change the battery, you will not have any problems at first, but after a week, you'll notice the difference.
