Hello all, I am new to this thread, but I have recently installed coilovers on my 01 Civic. The right rear makes a knocking sound as I go over bumps. I am puzzled as to what might be causing this. I have taken a video of what it sounds like just me pushing the car down. Doesnt sound normal.

There are only about three components which move down there...

Try looking to see if your lower control arm bushings are cracked/any bushings.
