Best fit for a 08 Civic Coupe?

What will be the best tire and rim size for a 08 coupe?

i am thinking of a 17" rim with a 215/40/17 tire size. how will that look on the 08 as far as the gap in the wheelwell? what will be the best amount to lower the car if i do this?
