2008 Civic tire uneven tread wear

i currently have my 08 Civic coupe in at the dealer due to uneven tire tread wear w/ Bridgestone Turanza tires...i have read blogs for days about the control arm issues in the 06-07 models w/ the letter Honda but nothing from Honda on the Coupe Civic 08 model-dealer is willing to fix the car once they look at it to see if it is the control arms as recalled before or the wheel bearings etc..does anyone have anything i can show my dealer to validate my complaint & have them fix it for free under warranty..it would be a saving grace!!! will still have to replace the tires that are trashed but i am willing to meet halfway

just tell them to fix it. if it has the tire wear problem, they have to include it as part of the warranty repair and replace the control arms.
