need help on wheels size...!!

my car: 92' Civic hatchback Si -rear disc brakes

wheels i want to buy:
14 inches
14x6
offset +28

Will the wheels fit nicely or will i need to add camber kit or spacers?
or what else i need it to make it nicely fit with rubbing.

Any help is appreciated...
