Is this a good deal on wheels+tires?

A local guy has an ad on craigslist for a brand new set of wheels and tires already mounted and balanced, priced at $300.

Wheels = 16" black with a polished lip (brand is not listed, I would assume it's an off brand)

Tires = BFGoodrich T/A 205-55R16

Ideally the tires should be 205-50 but it's only about a 1/2" difference in tire height and 1.6 mph off at 65 so I don't think it's a huge deal.

The cheapest I've seen the tires themselves so far is $291.90 shipped.

Should I buy them?

So far, I agree. The guy does live in a semi bad area.. they could be stolen, but there's no way to tell. Hopefully if I decide to buy them it's not a setup to rob me for $300 bucks lol.

I went and picked them up last night.. no robbery lol. Unfortunately, I was told that they were 4x100 but after measuring them when I got home, I found out that they are actually 4x114.3

what a shame.
