Rim Helpp!!!

SOO a while ago i had gotten some used rims. ADR 18s (rims and tires $450!!) 3 of them were in excelent condition, but the 4th one... well lets just say this person obviously doesnt know how to park. It has terrible curb rash, and also theyre blotchy, the rims are the black with the metal lip, the metal part is all blotchy almost like its peeling. its only that one rim also. sooooooo my question is: is there any fix-its i can do for these with out having to buy a new rim? anything that will at least help a little? someone i work with told me sand paper and going over with steel wool can help to take out the curb rash... is this true? thanks! Re: Rim Helpp!!!

A pic would help, if you were to refinish the rim, depending on the cost, it would be better to just get a new rim if its similar.

Re: Rim Helpp!!!

Take it to a performace shop near you or a dealership becuase its only one rim and see if they refinish lips.. usually shops have a machine that can grind out and buff the damages...
