Cool rear brake drum to disc brake conversion?

has any one tried to do a rear brake drum to disc conversion? looking for ideas with out spending alot of money . I have a 2005 honda civic ex coupe
5sp. I don't see alot of talk about brakes . could some one give me some feedback on this project. thanks.
