Need to replace all seasons - opinions needed!

Time to replace my all season tires with new ones.
I have 195/60R15 on my Civic I believe...
I got the following prices from a friend, so please tell me if these are good choices and prices:

Toyo Proxes TPT 100,000km
or
Pirelli P3000 130,000 km

Both prices $115 each + tax. This includes installed and balanced, Canadian funds.. I can't decide which ones to get!

So is it like Rodeo Sex? You know, where you’re with a girl from behind and then you whisper in her ear that her sister’s boobs feel firmer and have to hold on for more than 8 seconds.
