Question Apexi Exhaust has 3 bolt flange where my down pipe has 2 bolt?

Hello,
Thank you in advance for any insight you may have!
My problem is simple- my 99-00 4 door civic's exhaust manifold downpipe meets the exhaust system with a 2 bolt flange- my new system has a 3 bolt fllange. How do I connect my new system (3 bolt) to the factory 2 bolt flange? Are there adapters? Thanks again! reply here or email me <hintzja28_AT_gmail.com>

i guess a different down pipe or adding a catalytic converter would solve this. That or fabricating a metal flange connecting the 2- but will this leave it too short for rubber mounts?

You probably need a cat... My civic had a 3 bolt flange stock and my cat-back exhaust bolted directly on there. Just make sure you have all new gaskets when you put the piping on.
