I just recently picked up a 93' Civic Si.. I am looking to buy a new engine and have it installed shortly. Im don't know a whole lot about engines and am looking for some help and advise on what kind of engine should I go with to give me the best performance.. mods that will also help as well. I will prob have a budget of $4000.00 - $5000.00 to start off with. Any help would be great, Thanks. To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Re: New Engine

yes the k24a4 and k20a/a2 head is good for all motor but if you want to boost it in time a b18c with a lsd tranny will only run you about 3500 witch leave you some money for the turbo kit but then again you will need 1000cc injectors handata S300 aem fuel rail a bigger fuel pump like a 255 and fuel regulater and you can get 300whp out of it witch is pretty fast on the street here www.Hmotors.com i have order many of motors from them and never had a problam with one of them
