garret t3 a/r42 ?

so i searched and all i can come up w/ is the smaller the ar the faster it will spool up? seems like more people are using ar48.why is it a better turbo or what ? the guy only wants 75 bucks for it seems shady.please help......

thanx for ur help on this .Ill check the seals n shaft for play .What kind of play is acceptable any? 75 bucks a descent deal ?If all looks good ill get it and start piecing it together .Thanx
