major problem please help me

so i was starting the process of lowering my car today, i took the rear divers side wheel off took off the 2 bolts in back and lubed up the screw that connects the bottom of the strut to the lower control arm, i kept greasing it for about 30-40 mins and then started to use a torque wrench on it, it nudged a bit and i kept going, next thing i know the damn head broke off of the screw! i drilled a hole in the broken screw and then attemped to use a screw extractor after another hour of lubing the screw and that broke off in there too, what the fuck am i supposed to do now, please help To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Re: major problem please help me

you may need to drill it out completely to get the parts taken off. then tap new threads and use a different screw. or replace with new parts. same happened to me but i had a shop do it and they said they were able to drill the whole thing out and just use a bigger screw.
