New suspension is banging over bumps. Nothing is loose, just bangs. Pretty sure the topmount is in right as well. Lowered probably 2.x" Not 100% sure but the Lip is 5 inches from the ground

im having the same prb in my girls em2 shes droped on EIBACH PRO KIT and kyb agx shocks it only happends when ur on bumpy roads or speed bumps. it sounds like the top mounts are loose. iv checked everything and nuthing is loose
perches are cut off, no grease coming out. and the car doesnt vibrate when the noise happens. In fact it just absorbs the bump like normal but with an obnoxious noise. And sometimes it even happens over the smallest bumps.
when mine made noises.... the 1st time it was the upper main nut on the strut that was loose. the 2nd time the lower main bolt came loose (Alen Head Bolt).
the top nut is easily checked, but have you checked the lower one?

"I know Solo only comes one minute at a time, but what an intense, non-stop, fast-forward car control exercise minute it is. Sure, the velocity is higher in road racing, but inside the car it is slow-motion in comparison. In Solo, the turns come like machine-gun rounds. "

You dont need to remove the strut, just get under the car and check to see if the bolt (Allen Head) going through the bottom of the strut is still there... there have been several instances where people complained about konis banging with them finding that the bottom bolt had worked its way loose.
