do springs sag?

anyone think S-techs sag? how much?
how can i get them to sag lower? put stuff in the back all the time?

I don't think it's a good idea to carry a lot of junk in your trunk. I heard this from a few people, so I can't really vouch for this. Anyways, i've been told that if you carry too much of a load it can put too much strain on your shocks and cause it too wear out extremely quickly. I also heard it changes your alignment around too. Is this true guys? Correct me if im wrong and sorry in advance if my info is inacurrate.

im carrying 2, 5 gallon water containers in the back passenger seat of my coupe. It gives my car a more aggressive drop... i'd say about less than half an inch drop but it looks better!!
my problem is I've never had anyone sit back there with new springs (only had them for 3 weeks) so... this is great!
