Simple question, do lowering springs give the same benefits as a lowering kit? or are they just for look? and could you guys recomened the best springs for the price as well aas the best cheapy kit.

1) there is no best spring...you have to figure out what works for you
2) There is no cheap way to lower...well there is, but you will regret it in the end.
