RSX rear-upper strut bar?

I know this has been covered, but I cant find anything on it, and i dont remember...

do the rear upper strut-bars from the RSX fit into the EM2? (civic coupe)
one of the guys i know on club RSX may be selling his...Progress adjustable rear strut bar, or something like that - and since im doing autoX more often now i really want front and rear strut bars.
thanks in advance!!
poss. rep. for answer?

uh if it is progress and adjustable, it is a sway bar and not a strut bar. I highly suggest you learn a little more before you start slapping parts on your car. Just my 2 cents.

no, no - i know the diff. I'm not a noob, i promise
when he was talking to me he just said rear bar - i assumed it was the strut bar, but then when i talked to him again earlier he corrected me.
I already know that the sway-bars from the RSX fit.

RSX has three types of tie bars for that area. One goes in between struts, one goes in the tire well and one goes a little up on the c pillar. Most rear strut bars will fit, but no one has tested them all out. Can we get a brand or a link to the thread?

i was gonna go with a rear strut form a RSX, but to what i read, they may not help significantly enough to put a bar in the trunk. the frame has enough support. unless it's cosmetic looks too, and nothing in your trunk since you auto-x. i dont see why not. it could helpp. as they^^ say, they rear fits to my knowledge. but a c-pillar i dont even thik there is a place for those to fit in our cars
