"I know Solo only comes one minute at a time, but what an intense, non-stop, fast-forward car control exercise minute it is. Sure, the velocity is higher in road racing, but inside the car it is slow-motion in comparison. In Solo, the turns come like machine-gun rounds. "

I have a 22mm DC2R sway bar on mines with a megan tie bar ... I had the tie bar on before the sway bar, so dont know how it feels without the tie bar lol ...
I understand what a sway bar is but exactly how does it push all of your suspension down at the same time?
It doesn't. An anti-roll bar basically transfers some of the inside wheels sping rate to the outside wheel... increasing the rate of the spring trying to be compressed (so it compresses less, and you have less chassis roll)... the down side of them is that in doing their job, they also increase the amount of lateral load transfered in that turn, which reduces the amount of traction that end of the car can generate.

And they just bolt directly on to a ... well do u have a lx? ex? cause the ex has a rear sway bar thats like 16mm i think. well my 01ex has a 16mm one, and yea it goes right on your stock endlinks and u just use the bushings that came with it and you will be good. Theres alot more involved if u dont have a swaybar already stock.

What kind of work would I be looking at...i want to go with the RSX rear for my 01 LX sedan...i think the front will do just fine stock.
if you are going to do that u need the RSX Bushings, Brackets, and the endlinks. then of course u r gonna have to drill into your baby to mount those brackets. so just follow the DIY in the 7thgen section

The Progress bar has a different design than OEM. It puts the endlinks at a different angle than stock which has caused some people to break endlinks. I will say not everyone that has the Progress bar has broken them so there's a chance that you may not have any problems.

Depends... have you optimized your alignment and how is the car handling now?
The car handles awesome for an economy car, lol. I have really decent tires too, so that's good. I always want to be able to turn harder, though (to show everyone that driving isn't about a straight line, ya know?). My alignment is alright, the local tire shop adjusted the camber as much as they could and the tires are wearing really good, so no camber kit yet.
