Well I live in AZ and my awesome Civic is almost 10 years old now!
The adhesive for the fenderwell trim has started to fall apart. I've had to take off the trim on the front 2 fenders.
Have you ever run into this issue?
Do you simply replace the adhesive or do you replace the trim as well?
What adhesive do you use?

I finally replaced the trim today.
I bought some 3M Auto Super Strength Molding Tape from the auto parts store.
You can basically follow the instructions on the back of the package.
I made sure my car was clean and removed the old adhesive with just my hands to avoid scratching the paint. I didn't use masking tape to mark where the trim used to be because I had pictures instead. I cleaned the adhesive off of the old trim. I then applied the tape to the trim. I used a utility knife to cut the excess adhesive off so that it fit the shape of the trim.
The main advice I would give is to be patient and take your time putting the trim back on to the car to make sure it looks nice.
In the picture, the top trim piece has the adhesive tape applied.
