quick intake question

hey guys, just buying an intake off someone and was wondering if the ex model will fit the lx. i know there r two different kinds for the aem v2, one for the dx lx and one the the ex etc. the guy is telling me it will but i am a little worried. dont wanna get screwed u know. thanks.

the engine design is pretty much the same, and the short intake pipes sit up at the top so really it doesnt matter.
