Like the title says I got bought a $40 ebay oem ion fog kit a couple weeks ago. The wiring for it was so terrible, connections where there didn't need to be, a switch that didn't fit and a fuse that didn't break...only heated up to the point the plastic melted away leaving a potentially catastrophic electrical disaster. Anyway...I ended up just doing custom wires and getting a new relay from radio shack (the one they sent didn't work.. figures). So after all that I ordered some decent h11 ion lenses from european autosports... the only thing from the kit i ended up keeping was the freakin' fog light housing.
Here are a couple of pics from the cabin view...

Not bad. The ebay kit isnt bad, but the wiring is horrible at first glance. I was able to wire it up with only a small amount of custom wiring and found some formulas to calculate if the wires could hold some higher wattage bulbs without melting. The relay is still holding up after a year. Got pictures of these lenses your talking about?
