97 civic dx engine swap

i swap a 98 d16y8 M/T on my 97 civic dx M/T. i put a 98 d16y8 engine, transmission, wiring harness and p2p ecu. my problem is it doesnt have a iac valve, so my iac plug from the harness have nothing to plug on to. any suggestions how to fix it? can i just use the throttle body from my d16y7, change the throttle rotor to match the d16y8 and take the iac plug (3 wire) from the my d16y7 harness and replace the iac plug(2 wire) on my d16y8 harness? which wires should i attach?
any help will be highly appreciated.
