Rep Power: 0 Problems with my a/c & dash panel, ek civic
Hi everyone,
The middle ac vents in my 99 civic coupe ex don't blow very well, and after a while of having my ac on mylower windshield fogs up (displayed with red). Also, the ac control panel doesn't light up.
Has anyone else had these issues?
Thanks for your time!
(I'm also looking for a manual transmission & pedal cluster in the gulf coast area, if anyone happens to know of one let me know!)

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: Problems with my a/c & dash panel, ek civic
Kinda sounds like the mode actuator might be stuck near the defrost position, or something like a linkage problem/obstruction.
Fan on full blast
Rotate top **** to each of the 5 positions, stopping at each position for several seconds.
Listen and feel for airflow coming out of the correct locations for each **** selection.
You may need to stick your head up under the dash to figure out if there is an obstruction or a problem in the mode linkage and/or motor.
Light bulbs might just be burned out of the control panel. They should be replaceable.
Bulb #10, it shows there are 2 of them
