A couple weeks ago my engine overheated bad and now i need a new radiator but my main problem is that is doesn't idle correctly now. Whenever i stop at a stop sign or stoplight i have to keep the engine revved or else the car will stall. Also, thick white smoke comes out of the exhaust when I'm driving. Please Help!!

Overheat bad = warped head in addition to the blown head gasket.

I just got my 99 Honda Civic Si rebuilt and low compression pistons were installed. When i got the car back from the shop there was a rev limit that kicked on not letting my car go over 3k RPM the shop said it was a wiring problem that i would have to figure out. I began this endeavor with no knowledge at all on cars and how they worked. he recommended to change the IAC valve. I changed this part and there was more constant idle but the limit would still come on if the idle ever fell below 1k. My plans for this car were to put a turbo and use as reliable everyday car. So i took the entire engine apart myself and sanded the bay and repainted it. I cleaned every part and followed every wire to make sure everything was ok. I installed a skunk2 vtec solenoid, throttle body, intake manifold. Also replaced the radiator to a mishimoto with new hoses. I installed 775 injector clinic fuel injectors. and put new knock, coolant temp sensors and all connected to a new wire harness. My ecu is from a GSR and i installed a custom p28 chip for the new injectors. After all this i started the car and white smoke comes out of the engine and the car feel like it’s being choked out and it can’t get above 1k rpm and stalls. Is there something i should check or know after putting a car together? I bleed the brakes but cannot burp the radiator bc it won’t stay on long enough. Any ideas on why this is happening?
