Steering on honda

Hey all

I have a very old honda civic. 1984 model. still running strong.
Well i'm modifying it a bit
Wat am asking is it possible to change the steering rack and use the one from a 1990 model who came with power steering.
as the a relatively same
Is really hard to find the power steering for the 1984 model.

can anyone help
