1st - 5th Gen Honda Civic As these Honda Civics get older and older they become harder to find in great condition and less popular to modify. By no means does this make them less of a contender on the track or car audio competition. Don't forget the roots of what made import tuning what it has become today.

Re: Civic HeadCasket :(

it has to be the head gasket. youre burning coolant in the engine which is very bad. get it fixed asap.

Re: Civic HeadCasket :(

you need...

-headgasket
-intake mani gasket
-exhaust gasket
-oil
- honda coolant
-10 new head bolts

for the basic materials if you are taking it to a shop to have it done. usually costs 500-700. 1000 is way too much and ripoff.

the materials need to change the head gasket aren't that much. The labor will kill you though. If you can get someone to help you for less than a mechanic, do it.
