1st - 5th Gen Honda CivicAs these Honda Civics get older and older they become harder to find in great condition and less popular to modify. By no means does this make them less of a contender on the track or car audio competition. Don't forget the roots of what made import tuning what it has become today.

im having this really bad issue with my civic. about 2 weeks ago i was driving on the highway and when i let off the gas peddle the seemed to jerk back a little.. it did it a few times but went away. later when i got off work i started my car with no issues for about 10 mins. but when i went to pull off the car felt like it had no power.. it dragged and sputtered. when i pushed the peddle all the way down it sputtered and then took off. it did that for the 2nd and third gear aswell but then ran okay after until i realesed the peddle then my exhaust would sputter. when i came to a complete stop the car seemed to want to shut off with a very low idle (needle on the 0).. anyways, when i got home my check engine light was on. i changed the fuel filter and spark plugs and wires. and the cel and the issue went away. 2 days later i drove it on the highway and the cel came back on. but no issue. when i got off the highway and came to a complete stop the car idled real low again and then shut off. and the issue came back. i let my car sit for a few days and when i got back in it it was fine. no cel no issue. a few days ago the problem came back. i put fuel injector cleaner. carburator cleaner and a full gas treatment into it but no help. i did a self diagnose on the car and the code was a 10. which states is the IAT(intake air sensor.) does anyone know id that would cause the issue im having or if thats just another thing to add to the problem? the car has a b18b1 swap with a gsr head.
