1st - 5th Gen Honda CivicAs these Honda Civics get older and older they become harder to find in great condition and less popular to modify. By no means does this make them less of a contender on the track or car audio competition. Don't forget the roots of what made import tuning what it has become today.

I just bought this car, and yesterday I realized that if I'm running the A/C when I brake it stalls.
I've done a few things already because it also had idling problems, basic tune-up procedures and replacing the valve cover gasket when I found oil on one of the spark plugs.
It actually runs wonderfully aside from when I brake when the A/C is on. The A/C is delightfully chilly. If I brake when the A/C is off, RPMs do drop considerably (to around 300) but it doesn't stall the engine.
I've read a bit about it and I'm unsure of what the problem might be, and a guy I know told me to find a good Honda forum and ask. So here I am. Please help!
