1st - 5th Gen Honda Civic As these Honda Civics get older and older they become harder to find in great condition and less popular to modify. By no means does this make them less of a contender on the track or car audio competition. Don't forget the roots of what made import tuning what it has become today.

Re: 1991 civic vehicle speed sensor code 17 problem

On your 88-91 civic/crx you will have a cable going from your cluster to transmission speed sensor. You need to make sure the cable is all the way inside the sensor and being held with a retaining clip otherwise it will pop out of place and cause a check engine light if it doesn't read the speed properly.
