1st - 5th Gen Honda Civic As these Honda Civics get older and older they become harder to find in great condition and less popular to modify. By no means does this make them less of a contender on the track or car audio competition. Don't forget the roots of what made import tuning what it has become today.

crx 85 carb Help me find the perfect idle !! 99,9 fixed !!

hi
i have done many things on my crx,
it's a carb model making the idle harder to get !
changed head gasket, carburetor insulator (gasket between carb and intake manifold), and its great, even when spraying carb cleaner around the carb,
the engine does not react ! great ! nope
because i have been struggling with the idle controller (one on the right of the car for heavy load of fan on III and headlights ), this didn't seem to work right, so i replaced the idle boost solenoid valve, and that improved stuff but the idle controller seems to not be working.
does the idle controller interfere with the normal idle without heavy load ?
then i realised why mess around with the heavy load stuff when i can't even idle niceley without that stuff, also my air conditioner makes the engine slow down 400 rpms and someone said my compressor is probably dead, so heres a question
can the air conditioner even off interfere with the idle ?
otherwise, what do you see going wrong for my idle ?
thanks
i've spent thousands of hours on this and i would love to hear it idle like it does sometimes for short bits of time.
