it really depends on the cam you get, what size of lift and the duration it has..

dont even bother... you probably got like 115hp.... its a single cam so save up and get something vtec or dual cam... then hook it up... boostin it will waste ur money, time, and u will probably blow that engine or the tranny... for now jus an apexi n1 exgaughst and maybe some springs to make it look nice and cold intake... nothin to extreme
