1st - 5th Gen Honda Civic As these Honda Civics get older and older they become harder to find in great condition and less popular to modify. By no means does this make them less of a contender on the track or car audio competition. Don't forget the roots of what made import tuning what it has become today.

Re: 93 Civic Si Coupe 5 Speed

Honda didn't make a 93 Si coupe. Do you mean that you have the d16z6 engine in a 93 coupe?

Anyway, the noise that you're hearing could be a number of things, but more than likely its a bad synchro mesh between gears. You can drive for a long time with a bad synchro, as long as you aren't raping it between the gears that that synchro is bad in.
