What grade bolt is this?
It's got a zero with a line in the middle, underlined, and surrounded by two circles. Came from the number 1 on the valve train D16Y7. Right next to camshaft seal (SOHC). 10mm

Could you make it any bigger? I can't see any detail.
Is it the same style as the other bolt(s), or really different? (obvious replacement?)
If it's the spot I'm thinking of, it's not a critically stressed fastener so a low grade is probably okay (all it does is hold the cap on, right?)
