Maintenance and help (p0335)

P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction

We have replaced the sensor however this error is still the code that comes up when the engine light is on.
My vehicle works almost perfectly when the check engine light is not on (about 10% of the time) we are completely lost, there isn't much more we can replace without isolating the actual issue.
When driving car will feel like it manually shifts to the next gear and the engine light will go on. If I'm idling and the light wants to come on, the car will stall unless I'm giving it gas at the same time.

This code and current issues are so strange. Someone must have ran into this issue! Help?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: Maintenance and help (p0335)

Unplug the crank sensor, look in the harness connector see if there's any sign of corrosion on any of the terminals.

We gave it a look and it looks good, were going to be replacing one of the o2 sensors that wasn't replaced and see if that helps
