First thing in the morning the car will start fine. After I drive it and shut it off It will not restart until the next morning. It just cranks with no start. Will backfire every so often while cranking with no start. I have checked the timing and its good. I adjusted the valves. Has spark on all cylinders and good compression on all cylinders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Got CEL? Got codes?
Main relay good? Ignition switch good?
Got fuel to the cylinders?
While it won't start, pull a spark plug see if it is wet or dry?
Spray a shot of carb and throttle cleaner into the intake, see if that will get the engine to fire?

No codes. When it starts i drive it and its fine so wouldnt the main relay and ignition be fine? Never have a no crank issue. When it wont start the plugs are wet. But every time i test the distributor and wires they spark. Usually right after it wont start. But put it back together and still wont start. Hold the pedal to the floor and try and start and it will crank and occasionaly backfire.

Ok so wet plugs says excess fuel, loss of spark or loss of compression.
Spark will jump at least 10mm air gap? It needs to. If it can't then you may have weak coil or a breach of HV insulation.
Possible excess fuel....
Got a scanner that can read live operating data?
What does the ECT value read, is it accurate?
Is this car losing antifreeze?
Plugs wet with gas or coolant?
EDIT When it starts i drive it and its fine so wouldnt the main relay and ignition be fine?
Not necessarily.
7 times out of 10 the main relay will fail to turn the fuel pump on (no start or start-stall), but once you can get it to run it stays running.

sounds like its head gasket, mostly because my previous civic did the same thing and it also had warped head so i was blowing head gaskets after a race which was every weekend and my car would do the same thing.

Sounds like a dry solder joint on the fuel pump relay. When hot it goes open circuit but it is only a problem when you try and start. Open the relay can and check the solder joints; nice cheap fix if that is what it is (it was on my Honda 1.6 engine in a Rover 216 body).
