Car Heating bad head gasket?

So I have 1999 LX which recently started to heat up. Its started with a radiator/cap leak and then thermostat. Both of these were replaced it still started to heat up but started to build a lot of presurre to the point my pipes would fly off. When starting the car with the radiator cap off the coolant would flow out like a fountain (symptom of bad gasket releasing air/gases into the coolant) I've even replaced the water pump at this point but now I have the head open and I see no signs of a bad gasket.
Except the gasket is split FYI I'm no expert. So any help would do look at the attached photos for a better POV.
See the photos.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Carry the cylinder head into a machine shop and have it checked for warpage.

Warpage max limit spec is usually 0.002" (0.05 mm), you can't eyeball that.

For comparison, an average sheet of plain white paper just measured 0.004".
