Will a scanner talk to the PCM?
Got a live data list?

What temperature value does the ECT sensor read at cold start?
Is it accurate?

Re: B20B problem idle and flooding when cold

PCM= Powertrain Control Module (engine + transmission)
ECM=Engine Control Module
ECU= Engine control unit

The terms are interchangeable.
