Need new fuel filter?

I went out of town for 2 weeks, and left my car sitting in the garage while I was gone. It is a '99 Civic. Not sure which exact model - but I think it's a DX. Left it with a full tank of gas.

Got back, tried starting her up, and she doesn't want to start.

Here is a video of one attempted start:

And here is another video of two more attempted starts:

Any idea what could be the issue? One person has suggested it may be the fuel filter, so I was considering walking to my nearest AutoZone to buy a replacement for about $20.

Is there anything else that may cause this issue though?

Edit: One other thing to note, I had a tune-up done on the car about 6 months ago in which they replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and ignition rotor. So I assume all that checks out and shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks!

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: Need new fuel filter?

Sounds flooded--- and sounds like the battery may need charged up.
Hard to tell, you really need to keep cranking a lot longer than 2 seconds.

Check for spark first.
It should be strong enough to throw a lightning bolt across a 1/2 inch air gap. (just jumping a spark plug gap is not a good enough check)
