I am a "self-taught" Honda specialist. Been working on Honda cars & motorcycles since 1975! :-)
How can I download a PDF copy of an owner's manual for a 1999 Civic?

The following link only gets you to a Honda Web site that gives you the contents page of the O.M... no pdf of the manual.
They refer you to Helm which cost TIME & MONEY.
Any other solutions?
