noise

Have a noise in the front end originating from wheels. I need to check my master Cylinder, but has anyone had trouble with brake hardware kits. They are one piece clips that span the rotor. I have made adjustments to these clips. Wheel bearings are good. I have greased the guide pins, removed the dust shield, etc. Only one side is affected since noise silences while turning in one specific direction. Have also CEL for inefficient catalyst. Normal reading voltage wise. Upstream goes rich to lean within specs, but down stream is reading 1 millivolt with engine hot and at idle. Is that too high? Need more data,, let me know. 99 civic lx.
