Exclamation HELP? Exhaust pipe hanging too low.

Any ideas on how to fix this, or has anyone had this problem?
(1997 Civic LX) recently lowered it and exhaust is too close to the ground.

See if you can mildly dent the area above the flange connection, then add a pipe support clamp like in other areas on the exhaust just to the right of the bend. Then dent will allow the pipe to move up and the clamp will secure it.
