1997 civic 4 cyl. heating issues

ive changed the H2O pump, T stat, heat sensor on T stat, and new radiator. when i drive the car at high speeds the needle begins to rise, at a stop the needle settles back down to normal operating temp. I pop the hood and the resevior is boilong with signs of anti freeze burp outs from resevior cap: help pease

Easy enough to test and verify if it is, if you have the gumption.
