Rep Power: 0 misfire after valve adjustment 97 civic lx
I performed a valve adjustment correctly on my civic. After doing so the car began a random misfire mostly at idle but also during slight acceleration. I performed a cylinder balance test after pulling no codes for misfire due to the fact that it is a random misfire. The cause- unplugging all fuel injectors resulted in a drop in rpm's which concludes they were functioning properly. I have checked for over tightened exhaust valves wich could have acted as a glow plug but nothing. I have checked for spark on all wires and no carbon tracks. Where to go next?

is this a fact, or just what you want to believe?
if you have an engine that was running fine previously (im assuming it was), you perform work on it, and it has problems after the work is done, common sense would tell me it has something to do with the work you have just done to the engine,
did you let the engine completely cool down before the valve adjustment?
i would recommend waiting at least 24 hours for the engine to cool before doing a valve adjustment
