Greetings all,
I purchased a 96 civic hatchback with the 1.5 5 speed about 3 weeks back. Now I am in need of a muffler. The only hop up parts the car has on it is a cold air intake. The muffler is barely hanging on. Do ya'll think it would be more bennificial as far as MPG's go, to put a aftermarket muffler on it or just go back with a stock one.
I like a little bit of tone out of the muffler but nothing too crazy. If ya'll were to recommend a aftermarket one, which would you recommend.
Thanks!!!!

You might as well go for a new aftermarket some suggestions is go for a yonaka catback exhuast system it sound almost stock at idle but sounds deep when you really go and not ricey or a bumble bee down the road...$290 shipped at horsepowerfreaks.com
It will compliment your cold air nicely.
