| the B16A head does work the best, but the compression is all relative to what your plans are with the engine. if u just want GOOD OL streetability, than leave it alone, or get new internals that wont raise your compression past 10.0:1. if you want to go turbo, then your gonna wanna get aftermarket internals that are stronger/more durable, but dont increase the compression. and if you want to go all motor, youd wanna get all new aftermarket internals that are much stronger, and increase the compression ratio somewhere in between 12-14:1... i think? be VERY careful though runnin high compression ratios....easy to blow up the engine if not taken care of properly. |
