Just Picked Up My 93 Delsol SI/ 01 GSR

I finally picked it up, i got a 93 Delsol SI w/ a 2001 GSR swap ( only 4,500k on motor) AEM intake, exhaust, 11.5 pd wheels, and short shifter.

I can't wait to start workin on it, within the next 2 months I will have JRSC, header, high flow cat, dress up the motor, and hopefully some type r cams.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] [IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG]

thats cool that you are planing on doing something other than the typical bolt ons, but You should check out the N/A forum on Clubsi and double check about ther Type R cams with the JRSC. Someone posted that question about 2 months ago, and people on there were telling the guy to stay away from Type R cams and forced induction. I guess because of the duration and lift, it doesn't match well, although I could be wrong. Do some more research on it as it would be a shame to spend the 600 on the cams themselves not including installation and not make any more power with them. Those cams also make most of there power at the top end, and you need an ECU to remove the rev limiter or at least up it to 8400, retainers springs, and I am not sure a jackson will be creating enough boost at that point.

Long story short, make sure you do enough research on it before doing it....

I love turbo's don't get me wrong I just sold my RX-7 but I want a everyday driver w/ realiblity.
