Which would be the Gen for the smallest civic?

Like the ones used n Fast and the Furious I believe, if there is one smaller please tell me? I might be interested in getting one for a project. They look fun. To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Indeed, they were 5th gen coupes...one of the more recent HondaTuning Mags had a huge article on how to deck out a 5th gen hatch - the thing looked totally sweet! The front said Project EK civic or something like that...

If you're looking for a light project car, then I would go with a 5th gen hatch, either the DX or CX and swap out the engine...they came with the least amount of factory installed options, so they're pretty light. Or if you really want to go old school and make a monster, get a CRX and drop a crazy engine in it...H22 if you're not looking to do any cornering like ever...then you have an extremely light, small-framed terror on your hands!

in general 4th gen sat the lowest stock and the lightest, but there is a lil more mods necessary to get those better motors installed, where as the 5th gen hatch requires hardly any moding to get a better motor in and rolling
